For project orders, the most useful documents are material test certificates (MTC), dimensional inspection reports, coating records, packing lists and batch traceability information.
Before shipment, confirm carton labels, pallet dimensions, gross weight, port of loading, destination terms and whether mixed-size bolts, nuts, washers and spring hose clamps need separated inner boxes.
