Product Description & Key Specifications
PA66 nylon flat washers provide a lightweight, non-conductive bearing surface under screws, nuts or small bolts. They are used where the joint needs electrical insulation, surface protection, corrosion separation, reduced weight or non-metallic hardware in light-duty assemblies.
This washer range follows ISO 7089 / DIN 125 reference dimensions and ASTM D4066 material reference with M2-M16 size coverage. PA66 washers are practical for electrical panels, rail interior panels, PV combiner boxes, plastic housings, instrumentation covers and light equipment assemblies.
Natural and black PA66 are common for indoor or controlled applications, while UV-stabilized PA66 can be specified for renewable energy or outdoor equipment exposure. Washer thickness, temperature, moisture absorption, compression load and mating screw material should be checked before use.
