Product Description & Key Specifications
PEEK screws are high-performance polymer screws used in assemblies that require electrical insulation, chemical resistance, low weight and corrosion-free hardware. They are selected when metallic screws would create conductivity, galvanic corrosion, contamination or magnetic concerns.
Compared with PA66 or other general plastic screws, PEEK offers higher temperature capability and better dimensional stability in demanding environments. It is used in medical instruments, analytical equipment, aerospace interiors, electrical isolation points, PV accessories and chemical-resistant assemblies. Final use should confirm torque, thread engagement and load limits.
M2-M8 PEEK screws can follow ISO 7049 / DIN 7981 references or OEM drawings with specified head style, drive, length, thread form and color. Natural and black PEEK options are available, and screws can be supplied with matching PEEK hex nuts and flat washers.

What are PEEK screws used for?
They are used for insulating, corrosion-free, lightweight and chemical-resistant fastened joints where metal screws are unsuitable.
Are PEEK screws stronger than PA66 nylon screws?
PEEK generally offers higher temperature capability and better dimensional stability than PA66, but final load depends on screw design and application.
Can PEEK screws replace metal screws?
Only where the design permits polymer fasteners. They should not be substituted for structural steel screws without engineering approval.
Can custom head styles be made?
Yes. Pan, countersunk, slotted, cross recess and OEM head styles can be reviewed by drawing.
