Product Description & Key Specifications
PA66 nylon hex nuts are lightweight, non-corrosive and electrically insulating nuts used with nylon screws, polymer washers and light-duty metal screws where steel nuts are unnecessary or unsuitable. They are supplied with ISO 4032 / DIN 934 reference dimensions and ASTM D4066 material reference for M2-M8 assemblies.
These nuts are selected for electrical panels, rail interior trim, solar combiner boxes, instrumentation covers, signage, lightweight brackets and plastic hardware kits. PA66 helps reduce weight and avoids galvanic corrosion, but it should not be used as a direct substitute for steel nuts in structural, high-preload or high-temperature joints.
Natural PA66 is common for general electrical and clean assemblies, black PA66 is used for appearance and light control, and UV-stabilized material can be specified for outdoor or renewable energy equipment exposure. Thread fit, moisture absorption, torque limit and service temperature should be confirmed before production.
