Carbon steel flat washers are used under bolt heads or nuts to distribute bearing load, protect mating surfaces and provide a consistent seating surface in construction, equipment and general industrial assemblies. This range covers DIN 125, ISO 7089 and ASME B18.22.1 references with 200HV / 300HV hardness options.
Flat washer procurement should not be based on diameter alone. Buyers should confirm washer standard, inner diameter, outer diameter, thickness, hardness class, coating, bolt grade compatibility and whether the washer is used in a general assembly, anchor package or higher-strength structural connection.
Zinc plated finish is suitable for indoor construction, equipment mounting, general machinery and packaged bolt-nut-washer sets. Common RFQs include M6, M8, M10, M12, M16, M20, M24, M30, M36 and M48 washers, often supplied with hex bolts, threaded rods, anchor bolts or machine screws.
