Track shoe bolts are high-strength undercarriage fasteners used to clamp track shoes or track pads to crawler chains on excavators, bulldozers, loaders and other tracked construction equipment. They are supplied in 40Cr / 35CrMo alloy steel with 10.9 / 12.9 strength grades according to OEM drawings and ISO 898-1 references.
This product is different from ordinary hex bolts because the head shape, shank length, thread length, under-head geometry, fatigue performance and matching nut fit must suit track shoe assemblies. Correct procurement should confirm equipment model, bolt diameter, length, head style, grade, finish, nut requirement and whether washers or prevailing torque nuts are specified.
