Product Description
Titanium Grade 2 flat washers are lightweight, corrosion-resistant washers used with titanium bolts, titanium nuts and mixed-material assemblies where weight reduction, seawater resistance or non-magnetic behavior is valuable. They follow ISO 7089 / DIN 125 references with ASTM B348 material reference.
Grade 2 titanium provides excellent corrosion resistance and good formability, making it suitable for washers in marine hardware, aerospace secondary assemblies, medical equipment supports and renewable energy equipment. Washer selection should consider galvanic compatibility when titanium is installed with stainless, aluminum or carbon steel hardware.
M3-M16 washers are supplied with anodized finish for appearance, identification and surface condition. RFQs should confirm washer dimensions, titanium grade, color or anodizing requirement, mating fastener material, certificate level and whether matching titanium bolts or nuts are required.
