Product Description
Full-thread hex head bolts provide continuous thread along the shank, making them useful where clamped thickness varies, where adjustment is needed, or where thread engagement must be available across most of the bolt length. This range covers ISO 4017, DIN 933 and SAE J429 references in 10B21, 40Cr, SCM435 and 4140.
Grades 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 are selected according to clamp load, joint strength and project specification. Full-thread bolts are common in automotive brackets, construction hardware, railway accessories, renewable energy supports, machinery frames and maintenance kits. They should be paired with compatible nuts and washers by grade and coating.
Zinc plated finish is used for general assemblies, zinc flake and Geomet provide improved corrosion performance with controlled thickness, and black oxide is common for machinery or controlled indoor environments. Common RFQs include M6, M8, M10, M12, M16, M20 and M24 bolts.

Use them when the joint needs thread engagement across most of the bolt length or when clamped thickness varies.
DIN 933 is full thread, while DIN 931 is partial thread with an unthreaded shank.
Zinc plated is common for general use; zinc flake and Geomet provide higher corrosion performance; black oxide is used for selected machinery assemblies.
