Product Description & Key Specifications
Large plate washers are oversized bearing washers used under anchor nuts, structural bolts or baseplate connections where a standard flat washer does not provide enough bearing area. They help distribute load over concrete baseplates, slotted holes, timber supports or heavy structural plates.
This product is supplied in Q355 or 42CrMo according to OEM drawings, DIN 440 references or EN 14399 project requirements. The correct washer is defined by hole diameter, outside dimensions, thickness, material grade, coating, bearing load and whether the joint uses anchor rods, tower bolts, structural bolts or equipment base fasteners.
Hot-dip galvanized finish is common for outdoor wind, solar and infrastructure foundations. Large plate washers can be supplied as single washers or packed with straight anchor bolts, ASTM F1554 anchor rods, EN 14399 nuts or project-specific foundation hardware.
