Product Description
Nickel alloy stud bolts are severe-service bolting components used where corrosion, high temperature, seawater exposure or alloy compatibility require Inconel 625 or Inconel 718 instead of carbon steel or stainless steel. They are supplied to ASTM B637 / ASTM B446 / ASTM F468 references in M5-M20 sizes.
Inconel 625 is selected for chloride, seawater, offshore and chemical corrosion resistance. Inconel 718, often in aged condition, is selected for higher strength and elevated-temperature service. Stud bolt procurement should confirm alloy, heat treatment condition, thread, length, nut pairing, washer pairing, PMI and certificate requirements.
Pickled and passivated finish supports nickel alloy surface cleanliness. These studs are used in marine equipment, offshore valves, high-temperature machinery, power generation auxiliaries and renewable energy systems where material traceability and corrosion resistance are high-conversion procurement concerns.
