Product Description & Key Specifications
PEEK hex nuts are high-performance polymer nuts used where metal nuts are unsuitable because of electrical conductivity, corrosion, chemical exposure or weight. They are commonly paired with PEEK screws and PEEK flat washers to create fully non-metallic fastener assemblies.
PEEK provides better temperature resistance and dimensional stability than many general engineering plastics. It is selected for medical equipment, analytical instruments, aerospace interiors, electrical isolation points, PV accessories and chemical-resistant equipment. It is still a polymer nut, so torque and clamp load must be controlled.
This product covers M2-M8 sizes with ISO 4032 / DIN 934 reference dimensions or OEM drawings. Natural and black PEEK options are available. RFQs should confirm thread, nut height, across-flat dimension, color, operating temperature, chemical exposure, mating screw and certificate requirements.
