Product Description & Key Specifications
Spring washers, commonly called split lock washers, are used in general bolted assemblies where a drawing or bill of material specifies a simple elastic washer under the nut or bolt head. This range is supplied in 65Mn steel to DIN 127 / ISO 7980 with zinc plated finish.
Spring washers are different from wedge-lock washers and disc springs. They are not a universal solution for critical vibration or preload-controlled joints, but they remain common in maintenance hardware, panel assemblies, light machinery and railway accessory applications where the design specifically calls for DIN 127 / ISO 7980.
M3-M24 sizes are available in zinc plated finish for general corrosion protection. RFQs should confirm standard, size, washer form, material, finish, quantity and whether matching bolts, nuts and flat washers are required as a kit.
