Product Description

Product Description & Key Specifications

Inconel 625 anchor bolts are nickel alloy anchoring fasteners used where chloride corrosion, seawater exposure, chemical service or severe outdoor environments make carbon steel or standard stainless anchors unsuitable. They are produced from Inconel 625 / Alloy 625 to ASTM B446 / ASTM F468 references or OEM drawings.

Alloy 625 is selected for strong corrosion resistance in offshore, marine, chemical and renewable energy equipment. Anchor bolt geometry is usually drawing-based, including diameter, total length, thread length, projection, end form, nut/washer stack and embedment details. Final selection should follow the foundation or equipment design.

Pickled and passivated finish supports clean nickel alloy surface condition. RFQs should confirm alloy, anchor dimensions, thread, finish, PMI, MTC, heat traceability, NACE or project corrosion requirements, and whether matching Inconel nuts and washers are required.

FAQ

Common Questions Before RFQ

Why choose Inconel 625 anchor bolts?

They are selected for severe corrosion environments such as seawater, offshore equipment and chemical service where standard steel or stainless anchors may not be sufficient.

Are Inconel anchor bolts standard sizes?

Most are produced to project drawings because anchor length, thread length, projection and end form depend on the foundation design.

Can PMI and MTC be supplied?

Yes. PMI, material test certificates, CoC and dimensional reports can be supplied when required.

Can matching nuts and washers be supplied?

Yes. Inconel 625 anchors can be supplied with nickel alloy hex nuts and flat washers.

What RFQ details are needed?

Send drawing, alloy, diameter, length, thread length, end form, quantity, finish and certificate requirements.

Need Inconel 625 anchor bolts for severe corrosion service?

Send your anchor drawing, alloy requirement, size, thread length, finish, quantity, matching nuts/washers and PMI/MTC scope. We can quote Alloy 625 anchor bolts for offshore and chemical equipment.
