Product Description
GFRP composite flat washers are reinforced non-metallic washers used with composite bolts, GFRP nuts, anchor rods and insulating assemblies. They provide electrical isolation, corrosion resistance and outdoor durability where ordinary steel washers would conduct electricity or create corrosion concerns.
GFRP and PA66-GF materials combine polymer insulation with glass fiber reinforcement for improved stiffness compared with unfilled plastics. They are commonly selected for renewable energy equipment, electrical support structures, cable tray hardware, composite fastener sets and corrosion-prone outdoor assemblies.
These washers are usually supplied to OEM drawings or ISO 7089 / DIN 125 reference dimensions, with UV-stabilized material for outdoor exposure. Final selection should confirm washer diameter, thickness, bearing load, mating fastener material, UV exposure and any dielectric or flame-retardant requirement.

Selection
UV-stabilized GFRP washers support non-conductive outdoor fastening in PV frames, cable trays and electrical support hardware where corrosion resistance and insulation are required.
Renewable energy fastenersComposite washers are matched with GFRP bolts and nuts for insulating assemblies that need a complete non-metallic fastener system rather than mixed metal hardware.
Power generation fastenersGFRP washers can reduce metallic corrosion concerns in chemical, water-treatment and exposed outdoor equipment when mechanical loads are within composite material limits.

FAQ
They are used in non-conductive, corrosion-resistant and lightweight assemblies, often together with composite bolts and nuts.
Glass fiber reinforcement generally improves stiffness compared with unfilled PA66, but final load capacity depends on material grade, thickness and joint design.
Yes, when UV-stabilized material is specified and the outdoor exposure, temperature and mechanical load are suitable for the composite grade.
Only where the design permits composite materials. They are not direct replacements for structural steel washers in high-preload steel joints.
Yes. GFRP washers can be supplied with matching composite bolts and hex nuts when size, material and performance requirements are confirmed.
Send washer drawing, size, thickness, composite material, UV requirement, quantity and matching bolt/nut needs. We can quote GFRP flat washers for renewable energy, electrical isolation and corrosion-resistant assemblies.
