Product Description & Key Specifications
PA66 nylon screws are lightweight, non-conductive plastic screws used in electrical enclosures, instrument covers, plastic housings, PV equipment accessories and light-duty panel assemblies. They provide corrosion-free fastening and electrical isolation where metal screws are not required.
The product follows ISO 7049 / DIN 7981 references and OEM drawings in M2-M8 sizes. PA66 screws should be selected by head style, drive type, thread form, length, color, UV requirement and installation torque. They are not intended for structural clamp loads or high-temperature metal fastener replacement.
Natural PA66 is common for clean and electrical assemblies, black PA66 is used for appearance and light control, and UV-stabilized PA66 can be specified for selected outdoor renewable energy equipment. Moisture absorption, torque limit and mating material should be considered in the joint design.
