Product Description & Key Specifications
PTFE flat washers provide a low-friction, chemically resistant and non-metallic bearing surface for light-duty fastened joints. They are used where metal washers may corrode, stick, contaminate the assembly or conduct electricity.
PTFE is selected for strong chemical resistance, very low surface energy and good release behavior. It is used in medical equipment, food processing accessories, chemical equipment, renewable energy electrical accessories and non-stick bearing interfaces. It should not be treated as a high-strength structural washer because PTFE can creep under sustained load.
This washer range covers M2-M16 sizes with ISO 7089 / DIN 125 reference dimensions or OEM drawings. Natural PTFE is standard; RFQs should confirm ID, OD, thickness, operating temperature, chemical media, compression load and any FDA, material or dimensional documentation requirements.

Can PTFE washers replace metal washers?
