Product Description & Key Specifications
PEEK flat washers are high-performance polymer washers used where metal washers are not suitable because of electrical conductivity, corrosion, chemical exposure, weight or temperature concerns. They provide a non-metallic bearing surface under screws, nuts or polymer fasteners while helping reduce galvanic contact between dissimilar materials.
Compared with general nylon washers, PEEK offers stronger temperature resistance, better dimensional stability and broader chemical resistance in many demanding industrial assemblies. It is selected for medical equipment, analytical instruments, washdown equipment, oil and gas components, electrical insulation interfaces and non-metallic fastener sets.
Washers can follow ISO 7089 / DIN 125 reference dimensions or OEM drawings in M2-M16 sizes. Natural PEEK is common for material identification and clean assemblies, while black PEEK may be specified for appearance, light control or project requirements. Final suitability should be confirmed against media, temperature, load and certificate needs.
