Product Description
DIN 912 / ISO 4762 stainless socket head cap screws are supplied in SS304 / SS316 with A2-70 / A4-80 grade options for compact, high-access internal-hex fastening. Common supply range is M3-M24 with passivated finish for equipment frames, panels, machinery covers and precision stainless assemblies.
Socket head cap screws are selected when the assembly needs higher drive engagement than small external heads can provide, or where the screw must fit inside counterbored holes or compact equipment layouts. Confirm head diameter, head height, socket size, thread length and clearance before ordering.
SS304 / A2 is suitable for general equipment and outdoor stainless assemblies, while SS316 / A4 is preferred for marine, washdown, chloride and hygienic service. A4-80 can be specified when a higher-strength stainless socket screw is required and size availability is confirmed.

Selection
M6, M8 and M10 stainless socket head cap screws are common for inverter enclosures, tracker drive components, nacelle panels and precision brackets. SS316 / A4 is preferred for coastal renewable projects.
Renewable energy fastenersSS316 / A4 passivated socket screws support covers, brackets and stainless machinery components exposed to salt spray. Typical RFQs include M6 x 20, M8 x 25 and M10 x 30.
Marine fastenersA4 stainless socket screws are used on guards, frames and equipment modules where corrosion resistance and compact internal drive access are required. Confirm cleanability and exposed socket requirements.
Medical fastenersM5, M6, M8 and M10 socket screws can be specified for cabinets, covers and maintenance panels where compact head geometry and repeatable drive engagement matter.
