Product Description
Titanium socket head cap screws are high-value lightweight fasteners used where corrosion resistance, strength-to-weight ratio and internal hex drive access are important. This range is supplied in Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V to DIN 912 / ISO 4762 / ASTM F468 references with M3-M16 size coverage.
Grade 5 titanium offers higher strength than commercially pure titanium while retaining strong corrosion resistance. These screws are used in aerospace equipment, medical devices, marine hardware, renewable energy accessories and specialized machinery. They are not interchangeable with steel 12.9 socket screws without checking the design load and torque behavior.
Anodized finish can be specified for appearance, identification and surface requirements. RFQs should confirm size, length, thread pitch, head dimensions, drive socket, grade, anodizing color, mating nut or tapped material, galling control and certificate requirements.
