Product Description
Disc spring washers, also called Belleville washers, are conical spring elements used to maintain preload, compensate settlement and provide elastic force in compact bolted joints. This range is supplied in 50CrV4 to DIN 2093 with phosphate finish and M5-M30 size coverage.
Disc springs are different from ordinary split spring washers. They are selected by load-deflection behavior, outside diameter, inside diameter, thickness, free height, stacking arrangement and working deflection. They can be used singly or stacked in series/parallel to achieve a required spring force curve.
Applications include railway equipment, machinery joints, flange bolting, clamping fixtures, power equipment and vibration-loaded assemblies. RFQs should confirm DIN 2093 group, size, load requirement, stack arrangement, phosphate finish and any fatigue or load testing requirements.
