Hex flange nuts provide an integrated washer-like bearing face under the nut, improving load distribution and assembly speed compared with a separate nut and washer in many bracket, automotive and equipment assemblies. This range follows DIN 6923 / ISO 4161 in 35K / 10B21 with Grade 8 / 10 options.
Flange nuts are commonly paired with hex flange bolts, weld studs, machine bolts and bracket fasteners. Serrated or non-serrated form, proof load, thread fit, coating and mating bolt grade should be confirmed before ordering, especially for automotive and vibration-sensitive assemblies.
Zinc plated finish is used for general corrosion protection in indoor, automotive and equipment environments. Common RFQs include M6, M8, M10, M12 and M16 zinc plated flange nuts supplied with flange bolts or as line-side hardware.
